Play golf at our neighbor Mälarö Golf, experience nature and swim in our immediate area, and alternate your days with visiting, for example, Stockholm's inner city and a walk on Djurgården, visit Skansen or a full day at Gröna Lund. Perhaps you hop on one of the archipelago boats from town for a full day in Stockholm's archipelago, visit the old town with a guided tour or a museum. On the way to town from Ekerö, you pass Drottningholm Palace, which holds guided tours of the royal palace, and from there you can also take a boat further into Stockholm city. We are also close to Birka Vikingastaden on Björkö, which can be reached by boat.

Birka Vikingastaden on Björkö (boat departs from several places): Jungfrusund approx. 20 min by car, 1 h by bus - then approx. 1 h 30 min boat trip. Kaggeholm Castle approx. 12 min by car, approx. 15 min by bus - then approx. 50 min by boat. Hovgården on Adelsö approx. 45 min by car (note road ferry departs every 30 min), 1 h 45 min by bus - then 15 min boat trip. Please note that the bus from Skytteholm only runs on weekdays, on weekends you have to walk to Bergviksvägen approx. 3.6 km.
